The Börde District is hiring a Social Planner (m/f/d) for Department 2 in Haldensleben on a permanent basis. The role coordinates social policy areas, analyzes social infrastructure and demographic needs, maintains monitoring systems, facilitates participation processes, supports integrated social planning, coordinates the Jobcenter Börde, implements the dementia strategy, and leads the Coordination Office for Integrated Psychosocial Counseling. Applicants need a relevant university degree or comparable Level 6 qualification, experience in empirical social research and planning statistics, knowledge of relevant social and health laws, strong communication skills, and a Class B driver's license.
