Description
The Social Services Supervisor oversees the clinical and case management functions of Urban Pathways’ Social Service Department, supervising social service and case management staff, conducting performance reviews, assigning cases, coordinating schedules, auditing records, supporting housing-related work, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements. The role also manages incident reporting, CARES reporting, community resource relationships, and staff training, with a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote. A master’s degree in a clinical field is required, while an MSW, LCSW, supervisory experience, and experience with homeless and mentally ill populations are preferred.
