Description
The Home Health LMSW is a 1:1 home-health social worker role serving East Portland, Oregon, and surrounding areas. The position starts ASAP, works eight-hour day shifts, and may visit up to six patients per day. It requires one year of skilled home-health experience, BCLS certification, primary-series COVID vaccination with a booster, and Oasis experience; first-time travelers and pending-license holders are accepted. The traveler must provide their own transportation, and occasional travel may require a 60-mile radius with 60–90 minutes of total drive time.
