Description
The Social Services Specialist will support residents at the Senior Center Marienheim in Stolberg-Büsbach through one-to-one and group activities, intake and integration, programming, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff, relatives, volunteers, and external partners. The role is available full-time or part-time, with a fixed-term one-year contract for sick-leave coverage and an option for extension. Applicants need relevant nursing, social work, education, occupational therapy, or geriatric therapy training, strong communication and teamwork skills, IT proficiency, and preferably experience in the senior sector and knowledge of Vivendi digital care documentation.
