Description
The Social Services Supervisor directly supervises staff and oversees the operations of a social services program unit, including intake, ongoing services, or foster/adoption programs. Responsibilities include hiring, interviewing, disciplining, approving leave, conducting performance evaluations, assigning work, attending meetings, communicating with outside agencies, and ensuring the safety of children who may be abused or neglected. The role requires a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, at least two years of program experience or three years of supervisory experience, and a valid Ohio driver's license. It offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits, with an annual pay range of $54,600 to $77,771.20.
