Description
The Social Services Worker-NE_Corps Program-301 provides assistance to eligible clients in food, lodging, clothing, furniture, financial aid, transportation, and funeral services; interviews clients, determines eligibility, prepares records, coordinates referrals, and maintains relationships with community agencies. The role also manages food pantry inventory and distribution, maintains client databases and statistical reports, and supports public inquiries. Applicants need a high school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of social or public service experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
