1000heads APAC is hiring an experienced Social Strategy Director to lead its Strategy, Data & Social function across the region for a 13-month maternity leave cover. The role oversees a team of Social Strategists and Social Creative Specialists, serves as the senior strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, and shapes social-first strategies, frameworks, and measurement approaches across integrated campaigns, bespoke consultancy, and new business efforts. The position is based within the agency’s APAC leadership structure and requires deep expertise in social strategy, insight-led consulting, team leadership, and commercial growth in an agency environment.
