Description
The Social Work Intern will provide supervised direct support to clients at an emergency shelter, including intakes, shift coverage, bio-psycho-social history collection, case management support through Individual Service Plans, resource research, and participation in case reviews and professional development. The role reports to the Director of Client Services, requires a high school diploma or GED and enrollment in an accredited social work program, and is an unpaid four-hour internship with a flexible schedule.
