Social Worker position serving patients with severe mental disorders at CAPS mental health services in São Paulo. The role provides intake, individual and family care, home and institutional visits, rights and benefits guidance, referrals, vulnerability monitoring, socioeconomic assessments, social-benefit follow-up, therapeutic groups and workshops, multidisciplinary case coordination, documentation, and discharge integration. The position requires an undergraduate degree in Social Work, a relevant postgraduate qualification or multiprofessional health residency, active professional registration, and at least six months of experience as a Social Worker.
