Services SFT is offering a full-time Social Worker assignment in Forestville, North Shore, Quebec, focused on external addiction services. The role assesses clients and families, provides mental health and addiction support, develops individualized intervention plans, and guides clients through their care journey. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in social work or social services, current membership in the Quebec social worker and family therapist order, recent addiction experience, relevant assessment training, a vehicle, and full-time availability for the assignment.
