Description
Park Nicollet is hiring a Social Worker for its Minneapolis Primary Care team to provide direct psychosocial and environmental support to patients and families, coordinate care with internal and external providers, and offer treatment modalities for individuals, families, and groups. The role may provide clinical supervision to other Social Workers and requires a master’s degree in social work, LICSW or LIS licensure, and a current Minnesota social work license. The position is fully onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional schedule variations, and includes medical and dental insurance among other benefits.
