Description
The Social Worker will provide counseling and holistic support to people with disabilities in a workshop for people with disabilities, support families and relatives, chair support-plan and intervention meetings, plan and coordinate support measures, prepare assessments and documentation, and manage administrative and personnel processes. The role requires state recognition as a social worker or social educator, or equivalent qualifications, along with knowledge of social law, IT proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license. Full-time and part-time positions are available in Chemnitz, Saxony, with flexible working hours and structured onboarding.
