HousingPlus is hiring a full-time Social Worker for its permanent supportive housing program in Brooklyn, New York. The role provides trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical and supportive services to women and families affected by serious mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, reentry, and other complex needs, with responsibilities including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, referrals, documentation, and coordination with case managers and external providers. The position is on-site and requires an MSW, with New York licensure preferred and at least two years of relevant experience.
