Description
The Social Worker will provide culturally competent clinical care in an OMH-licensed outpatient PROS Program serving individuals across the developmental spectrum with behavioral health issues. Responsibilities include client evaluations, individual, group, and family therapy, case management, crisis interventions, treatment planning, referrals, progress documentation, and specialized groups. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program and a New York State license or limited permit in mental health counseling, creative arts therapy, or social work. Fluency in a second language and experience treating children or adolescents are preferred, along with electronic health record, Microsoft Office, and tele-mental health experience.
