The Social Worker provides clinical intervention and culturally competent services to adults with serious and persistent mental illness in a residential program. The role manages a caseload, conducts assessments and risk evaluations, develops safety and service plans, provides individual and family counseling, coordinates referrals, advocates for residents, and collaborates with medical, psychiatric, and psychology staff.
