Description
The employer is hiring a contract Social Worker in Brooklyn, New York, working onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role supports children ages 3 to 5 and their families affected by illness and disabilities, provides emotional and behavioral support, advocates for students and families, assists with community resources, and collaborates with schools and multidisciplinary teams on IEPs, annual reviews, and transitions. The position requires an NYS LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC, a master’s degree in social work, at least one year of social work experience, and experience working with children ages 3 to 5. Compensation is $40.00–$50.00 per hour.
