The Volunteer Visiting Service is hiring a Social Worker / Care Specialist in Berlin for 19.5 to 25 hours per week on an initially one-year fixed-term contract with an extension option. The role recruits and supports volunteers, organizes trainings and case conferences, connects people in need of care with volunteers, provides psychosocial support, supports dementia-related groups, handles billing, develops service formats, and supports neighborhood-based work.
