Sprint e.V. is seeking a Social Worker / Educator or educational professional with a completed university degree to assume and manage guardianships for children and adolescents. The role involves representing the ward’s legal and personal interests, maintaining regular in-person contact, supporting personal, social, and educational development, coordinating with youth welfare offices, courts, schools, and other agencies, documenting guardianship administration, participating in case planning and court proceedings, and providing crisis intervention. Part-time or full-time employment is possible, with pay aligned to the TVöD collective agreement and performance-related special allowances.
