Description
The Social Worker II provides direct professional social work services to participants of the Fatherhood Program under the supervision of an Assistant Director. Duties include developing and evaluating curricula, coordinating program partners, interviewing and assessing clients, creating treatment plans and referrals, providing group and individual counseling and crisis intervention, managing case records and reports, and supporting emergency mass-care and shelter activities. The role requires a master's degree in social work, two years of professional social work experience, and a Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing.
