Description
The Johnston County Department of Social Services is hiring a Social Worker III for its Continuous Quality Improvement Unit. The role trains new and existing adult-services staff, develops and delivers compliance-based curricula, conducts quality-assurance case reviews, analyzes service-delivery data, supports audits and reviews, and coordinates training and agency projects. The position requires an MSW with one year of directly related experience, or an alternative bachelor’s-degree and experience combination, and may involve emergency shelter and disaster-related work.
