Barnet Council is hiring an Adults Social Worker for its Adults Social Care team, supporting older adults and people with physical disabilities. The role involves complex assessments, risk assessments, safeguarding enquiries, Mental Capacity Act assessments, and promoting wellbeing and independence through collaboration with residents, families, carers, and partner organisations. It is a 36-hour-per-week position with flexible working options including hybrid or full office-based work, and requires a relevant Social Work degree, registration with Social Work England, and experience working with vulnerable adults and as a practising social worker.
