Lebenswelten e.V. is hiring a Social Worker (m/f/d) or someone with a comparable qualification to provide Supported Independent Living (BEW) for adults with mental illness in Friedrichshain, Berlin. The role involves individual support, psychosocial counseling, helping clients structure their days, attend appointments, find employment, develop leisure and social contacts, and manage symptoms, without nursing activities. It is a 28–35-hour-per-week position with onboarding, supervision, training, pension contributions, and other benefits.
