Montefiore Medical Center is hiring a Social Worker for its ONC - MED/RAD Clinical EIN And Moses department in Bronx, New York. The role provides direct and indirect services to adult patients and families, including psychosocial assessments, case management, supportive counseling, discharge and treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and education on end-of-life care and abuse. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for $44.35 per hour and requires a master's degree in social work and New York State LMSW or LCSW licensure; 1–3 years of LMSW or LCSW experience is highly preferred.
