Silverado is hiring a Director of Resident and Family Services (MSW) to support residents and families with the psychosocial challenges of aging and dementia, promote community engagement, assist with team hiring and performance evaluations, participate in case conferences and staff meetings, and maintain continuing education. The role requires a master’s degree in social work, at least one year of experience working with older adults, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical duties in an environment with animals and pets.
