Description
The Social Worker provides direct social work services to older adults in a Providence PACE program, including one-on-one and group counseling, care planning, community and financial resource access, and home visits. The role requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, a Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker license or temporary license upon hire, two years of social work experience with geriatric age groups from diverse ethnic cultures, and one year of work experience with the geriatric population. The schedule is Monday through Friday on a day shift, and eligible external candidates may receive a $10,000 hiring bonus.
