Description
The Integrative Center of HORIZONT e.V. in Nordhausen is hiring a part-time Social Worker for 28 hours per week, split between the TIZIAN and ThINKA projects. The role provides casework, individual and group support, outreach, integration planning, coordination with social institutions, assessments, documentation, and monitoring for families at risk of poverty and other citizens needing counseling. Applicants need a state-recognized Social Worker or Social Educator qualification; experience with the target group and knowledge of SGB II and VIII are preferred. The position starts on 14 September 2026 and offers TVL-aligned remuneration, onboarding, team consultation, and further training.
