Description
The Social Worker will support older adults and their families at Henares Nursing Home in Alcalá de Henares, assisting with admission and adjustment, advising prospective residents, participating in resident assessments, coordinating with social services and other organizations, and maintaining communication with residents and families. The role is full-time on a split shift from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., pays €24,000 gross per year plus variable pay, and requires a Social Work diploma or bachelor's degree and at least one year of similar experience.
