Hennepin County's Mental Health Center is hiring a full-time Senior Psychiatric Social Worker to provide outpatient clinical assessment and treatment for children, youth, adults, and families, including substance use services. The role includes biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic reporting, individual, group, and family therapy, care coordination, documentation in Epic, and participation in multidisciplinary meetings. Candidates need a master's degree or higher in social work or a closely related field, at least two years of post-master's experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, Minnesota Mental Health Professional qualification, and current licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
