ASK Hilfe is hiring a Social Worker / Social Educator for outpatient family support in the Hanover region. The role provides social-educational care, counseling, and support to children, adolescents, and families; develops support plans and target agreements with the Youth Welfare Office; documents cases; and coordinates with schools and therapeutic institutions. The position is permanent and available part-time or full-time for 10–35 hours per week, with a gross annual salary of €41,000–€58,000, remote-work options, and benefits including vacation, pension, training, and travel support.
