The BiMa Vocational Reintegration Program is hiring a full-time Social Worker or Social Educator to support people with psychological impairments in returning to working life. The role involves resource-oriented individual counseling and coaching, developing and testing new career perspectives, supporting practical trial placements, collaborating with employers and rehabilitation partners, and maintaining computer-assisted documentation. Applicants need recognized social worker or social educator qualifications, counseling competence, an interest in vocational rehabilitation, and knowledge of MS Office. The position offers TVöD S12 compensation, pension provision, training, and other benefits.
