Description
The Socioeconomic Development Coordinator will lead the socioeconomic area of a mining operation, overseeing community and stakeholder relationships, human rights, local development, socioeconomic impact management, compliance, and social performance. The role manages and develops the technical team, monitors social performance indicators, prepares reports, leads socioeconomic programs, and coordinates with internal teams, public agencies, communities, partners, and other stakeholders. It is a full-time indefinite contract based in Belo Horizonte with a hybrid work model and frequent travel.
