Description
The Software Analyst I supports the definition, prioritization, and delivery of software solutions by partnering with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, quality engineers, and end users. The role focuses on gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting Agile ceremonies and backlog organization, evaluating enhancement requests, assisting with testing and user acceptance, and identifying opportunities to use AI tools and automation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of experience supporting enterprise-level application design and development are required.
