Oratomic is actively hiring software and AI engineers to design, build, and operate fault-tolerant neutral-atom quantum computers. The role involves developing software and AI tools to support research in fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures. Prior quantum-computing knowledge is not required, and the position accepts candidates at all experience levels, including post-bachelor's, master's, PhD, and beyond. Compensation is $200,000-$350,000 per year depending on experience, with health and dental coverage, 401K, unlimited paid time off, paid family leave, visa sponsorship, and equity.
