Description
ON.energy is hiring a Software & Controls Engineer to design, develop, test, integrate, and commission control software, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and automation systems for energy storage and power infrastructure projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of relevant industrial or energy-systems experience, strong object-oriented programming skills, Siemens PLC and Ignition SCADA experience, and familiarity with industrial protocols, real-time systems, version control, and cybersecurity. The engineer will collaborate with engineering, field service, vendor, and client teams, support FATs and SATs, troubleshoot systems remotely and on-site, and travel for commissioning and field deployments.
