Description
The Software & Controls Solutions Lean Leader will own and drive operational excellence across the Software & Controls Solutions business, leading lean operating strategy, kaizen promotion, Lean Operating Method deployment, continuous improvement, KPI performance, process simplification, and automation and AI initiatives. The role partners across business operations value streams and reports to the Software & Controls Solutions Business Operations Leader. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of progressive operations, lean, quality, or continuous improvement experience, English fluency, and 20–50% travel.
