Description
AttainX is hiring a Software and Database Developer IV to support DHS CISA’s Infrastructure and Risk Modeling Environment. The senior role evaluates existing software, databases, APIs, integrations, data flows, and technical constraints; identifies technical debt and modernization needs; assesses feasibility of refactoring and cloud changes; prepares technical options and risk assessments; and supports modernization planning, requirements traceability, documentation, and project reviews. The position is based at DHS CISA facilities in Arlington, Virginia, with telework only upon government approval, and requires U.S. citizenship, a Tier 4 background investigation, and DHS CISA IRME public-trust clearance.
