Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent; alternatively, equivalent military education, an Associate Degree with two years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with four or more years of experience servicing electronic or electro-mechanical equipment.
Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of experience in laboratory informatics or laboratory automation in a support or IT role.
Two to four years of experience with internet-working principles, protocols, and architecture, including DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and LANs.
Two to four years of hardware and software experience with IBM-compatible enterprise systems and Microsoft operating systems, including web-based solutions using HTML, Java, C#, and .NET.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting SQL, C#, and .NET.
Experience in the medical device or automation industry, medical diagnostic field, or blood banking/screening market.
