Description
Optasia is hiring a Software & Performance Engineer to help develop and optimize fintech services built with Spring Framework. The role is focused on the full software development lifecycle, production support, performance testing, troubleshooting scalability and stability issues, and collaborating with engineers to design, implement, and publish high-throughput services. The position requires strong Java, Spring, and bash scripting skills, solid computer science fundamentals, experience with distributed systems, relational databases such as Postgres, load balancers/reverse proxies, and familiarity with NoSQL, queueing/event streaming, container orchestration, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
