EQT is hiring an experienced Software and Solution Architect to shape the technology landscape for its Fintech Value Stream. The role partners with tech leads, engineers, architecture peers, platform teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to design scalable, high-availability systems and integrations supporting financial operations and investment technology. Responsibilities include assessing existing architecture and capabilities, creating architectural solutions, establishing technical standards, defining interfaces and ownership, and supporting strategic initiatives. The position is based in a vibrant central Stockholm office and seeks 8–12 years of software engineering and architecture experience, preferably in regulated or data-sensitive environments.
