Amazon is hiring a Software & Systems Development Manager to lead its Decision Intelligence team, which builds and deploys AI-powered agent solutions for operational workflows across Amazon's global IT support and field operations. The role owns the technical roadmap, architecture, development lifecycle, production deployment, and growth of a team of software development engineers, systems development engineers, and solutions architects. It requires extensive hands-on systems engineering and software development management experience, a bachelor's degree, AWS experience, and experience developing AI products at scale. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a base salary of 166,300 to 225,000 USD annually.
