Aspire Software is hiring a Software Application Support professional in Lebanon to create, configure, test, troubleshoot, and improve client-facing proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents within the WeSuite platform. The role translates project requirements into accurate deliverables, supports project managers and client interactions, investigates application and data issues, documents defects, and develops automation and reusable solutions. Candidates should have experience or the ability to quickly develop proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, C#, HTML, Crystal Reports, Windows, Excel, Word, enterprise applications, application troubleshooting, data validation, and AI-assisted development.
