Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing company, is hiring a full-time, on-site Software Application Test Lead at Scott Air Force Base. The role leads program-level software testing, including automated and manual functional and non-functional testing, test planning, defect management, stakeholder communication, continuous improvement, and mentorship of testers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, an active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher, and at least five years of software testing experience, with additional experience in automated testing, scripting, and Agile development. The position offers a base pay range of $80,000 to $103,000, health insurance and other benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
