Morse Micro is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer to join its applications team and help develop Wi-Fi and HaLow-based IoT products. The role involves applications development, customer collaboration, SDK and tool development, technical project leadership, mentoring, and product-quality feedback. Required qualifications include at least two years of relevant experience, embedded C, embedded-systems driver and board-port experience, sockets programming, hardware-interface knowledge, and debugging skills. Preferred qualifications include Linux kernel and driver development, Wi-Fi networking, Python, Bash, Makefile, OpenWrt or Buildroot, FreeRTOS, static analysis, automated testing, system profiling, and spectrum analysis.
