Texas Instruments is hiring a Software Applications Engineer to develop, design, debug, and release embedded software for wireless connectivity customers. The role covers requirements alignment, peripheral and wireless protocol integration, customer demos and reference solutions, test-driven development, product ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and production debugging. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least one year of relevant engineering experience, C programming experience, and familiarity with wireless communication protocols; microcontroller, RTOS, serial interfaces, IEEE 802.15.4, and embedded development-toolchain experience are preferred. The position does not offer visa sponsorship.
