Description
LexCom Informationssysteme GmbH is hiring a Software Architect as Team Lead for its Big Data department in Munich. The role owns the technical architecture and implementation of scalable data platforms, AI solutions, and agent platforms using technologies such as AWS, Spark, Glue, Databricks, Airflow, React, Spring Boot, and vector databases. The team lead will guide developers, shape the technical roadmap, coordinate with product and stakeholder teams, enforce quality and governance standards, and solve technical challenges. The position requires several years of software development experience in data engineering, Big Data, or AI platforms, prior technical team leadership, strong German and English skills, and the ability to work 40% from home after onboarding.
