IRIS Software Group is hiring a Level 4 Architect to support delivery teams and senior architects in producing implementable architectural artefacts and ensuring consistent application, frontend, service, integration, and platform design. The role focuses on cloud-native AWS architecture, AI/LLM adoption, engineering enablement, secure and observable systems, and reducing technical debt. It is a collaborative, non-management position suited to senior engineers or emerging architects, with experience in distributed systems, APIs, and modern frontend architectures preferred.
