Description
NiCE is hiring a Lead Software Architect to lead the architecture and AI-led implementation of its digital evidence platform. The role owns secure, scalable, cloud-based system design; makes architectural decisions; validates AI-generated code and outputs; tests and fixes defects; supports customer issues; mentors team members; and collaborates with Product Management. It requires C# development, multi-tenant cloud experience, RESTful APIs, databases, security, source control, testing, and recent practical use of AI tooling such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex. The position is an individual-contributor role reporting to a Manager and is marked hybrid.
