Siemens is hiring a Software Architect in Leipzig to design and develop global web applications and services for power distribution products and systems. The role owns complex cloud-native architectures and microservices, integrates frontend and backend systems, manages build and release processes, system integration, estimation, planning, and L2 operational readiness, and supports customers with technical implementation. Candidates need a completed master’s degree in computer science or a comparable field, several years of relevant experience, expertise in cloud-native architectures and microservices, experience with Java/Spring Boot, Angular, or comparable frameworks, knowledge of container technologies, DevOps, and data integration, plus fluent German and very good English skills.
