Description
The Senior Software Engineering Manager will lead and develop software engineering teams, drive engineering roadmaps, provide technical leadership across architecture and distributed systems, oversee cloud-native application delivery, and establish engineering standards and governance. The role requires extensive enterprise software engineering and leadership experience, strong Java and distributed-systems expertise, and the ability to partner with product, architecture, operations, and executive stakeholders. It is a fully onsite contract-to-hire position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with 30–50% domestic travel, and is anticipated to close on October 5, 2026.
