G-P is hiring a Data Architect for its Data Platform to define and execute a scalable, cloud-native Databricks architecture. The role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on proof-of-concept work, covering data ingestion, governance, security, compliance, analytics strategy, reliability, and developer enablement. Candidates need extensive cloud data architecture and data modeling experience, strong Databricks or Spark-based lakehouse expertise, SQL and PySpark proficiency, AI and GenAI experience, and at least 15 years of software industry experience including 3 years in architecture.
